On Wednesday, the Macedon Police Department arrested a Rochester man following an investigation into multiple local thefts.
Police took 39-year-old Robert Guido into custody on several felony and misdemeanor charges. Guido is allegedly responsible for a series of incidents in the Town of Macedon, resulting in two counts of Burglary, three counts of Petit Larceny, and one count of Grand Larceny.
Guido was transported to the Town of Macedon Court for arraignment. He was subsequently released and is scheduled to return to court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
