The report of a woman overdosing in a vehicle in Seneca Falls Wednesday night resulted in the arrest of two people.
While speaking with 34-year-old Jessica Newbrook, of Seneca Falls, police said in plain view on the floorboard of the Nissan SUV she was sitting in appeared to be cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Newbrook and 37-year-old Kenneth Marvin, of Seneca Falls, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
It was also determined Marvin was driving with a suspended license and he was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Marvin also had an extraditable bench warrant out of Pennsylvania.
Both will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer their charges.
