A Red Creek woman is facing drug charges in Ontario County.
It is alleged that on May 22nd, Shannon Terwilliger sold a Schedule II Narcotic to another person while in the city of Canandaigua. Canandaigua Police arrested Terwilliger on one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
Terwilliger is scheduled to appear before City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
