A Queens man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.
Hermes Arboleda turned himself in at the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center on a warrant for his arrest from an incident that occurred in Ovid in 2022 that resulted in him being charged with endangering the welfare of a child and menacing.
Arbolena was held at the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
