A property damage accident in Seneca County Saturday night led to the arrest of a 62-year-old Fayette woman.
Brenda Ruthven was charged with driving while intoxicated after she allegedly drove into a mailbox and onto the front lawn of a residence causing minor damage. No injuries were reported.
Ruthven is scheduled to appear in Fayette Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
