A Prattsburgh woman will appear in Penn Yan Village Court following a traffic stop.
Okie Holst was observed driving on Lake Street Tuesday night while having a suspended New York State registration. A traffic stop was initiated and a license check revealed that Holst’s license was also suspended.
Holst was ticketed with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
