A Prattsburgh man faces charges in Canandaigua stemming from an alleged incident that happened over the summer.
Benjamin Wood is accused of engaging in a lewd act in public view while inside his car in the parking lot of a gas station during the late afternoon of July 24th.
The 31-year-old was charged with public lewdness and was released on an appearance ticket.
