A Prattsburgh man has been charged with boating while intoxicated following a stop on the west branch of Keuka Lake.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports they stopped a vessel operated by 29-year-old Joshua Presher for an infraction. Presher allegedly displayed signs of intoxicated during the vessel inspection and was placed through a series of standardized field sobriety tests. He was subsequently arrested for BWI, speeding, and having no fire extinguisher onboard the boat.
Presher was released on tickets for Jerusalem Town Court.
