A Prattsburgh man was arrested for allegedly Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on Lakeshore Drive in the city of Canandaigua. According to Canandaigua Police,
Damen Young’s vehicle was stopped after failing to stop for a stop sign on Lakeshore. It was determined that the 25-year-old Young had been driving his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Young was placed under arrest and later released to a third party with an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
