A Potter man was arrested Saturday by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant charging him with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment, and obstruction of governmental administration.
The warrant for Matthew Robinson’s arrest stems from a domestic incident in which he allegedly subjected another resident to unwanted physical contact, and obstructed their breathing.
The 35-year-old Robinson was sent to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await CAO Court arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
