A Port Gibson man faces charges in Ontario County following his arrest Wednesday.
38-year-old Modesto Rodriguez, Junior, was taken into custody without incident on a charge of criminal sale of a controlled substance following an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Division.
Rodriguez, Junior will appear before the Manchester Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
