A Port Byron man is charged with stealing from his employer for approximately six months.
Herbert Church was arrested by Seneca Falls Police for allegedly stealing merchandise from Tops grocery store. The 54-year-old was charged with felony grand larceny.
Herbert was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
