A Wayne County woman has been arrested following an investigation into a family trouble that occurred back in March.
It is alleged that Crystal Quinn, of Williamson, was smoking crack cocaine in front of four children in the town of Marion. During the police investigation deputies said they found a bag with contents that tested positive for cocaine.
Quinn was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance along with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
