A Wayne County sex offender has been arrested on a felony charge after he is alleged to have moved from a previous address back in October and failed to report his new address to the state within the required ten days.
33-year-old Jason Ward, of Lyons, was arrested Monday night at the Wayne County Jail where he is being held on a separate charge.
Ward will answer the Failure to Notify a Change of Address charge in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
