A Waterloo man is facing a felony charge following an investigation into unauthorized charges on a company fleet card.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Alex Goodman was charged with Grand Larceny after investigators discovered he allegedly made several unauthorized fuel purchases totaling $2,552. The purchases reportedly occurred between September 2024 and May 2025.
Goodman was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Phelps Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
