A Rochester man is accused of withholding a woman against her will at a residence in Farmington during a domestic dispute.
Malcolm Ramadham is accused of physically withholding the victim in a bedroom, preventing her from leaving.
The 38-year-old Rochester man was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful imprisonment. Ramadham will appear in Farmington Town Court to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
