Police have arrested a Steuben County man for allegedly stealing more than 50-THOUSAND dollars worth of heavy construction equipment.
23-year-old Richard Snyder of Hornell is accused of stealing the equipment from the town of Corning.
Snyder was charged with felony grand larceny and was released to appear in court at a later date.
