The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of Rachel A. Noone, a 45-year-old resident of Seneca Falls, NY, in connection with an undisclosed disturbance at a local residence. The investigation revealed a conflict between Noone’s two children. Noone’s 14-year-old son, who was under the influence of alcohol, engaged in a physical altercation with his brother. During the altercation, the 14-year-old was restrained to the ground, and it was at this point that Noone kicked her 14-year-old son in the head. The child sustained abrasions and a lump on his head due to the kick. Noone faces charges of Endangering the Welfare of a child and Assault in the 3rd degree. Following the arrest, she was released on an appearance ticket, with a scheduled court date to address the charges. An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the child.
