A domestic dispute that happened Friday morning in the town of Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
During the dispute, it is alleged that 45-year-old Franis Mccormanck engaged in unwanted physical contact with a female victim by pushing her to the sidewalk. The alleged action caused the victim to suffered minor cuts to her hands.
Mccormack was charged with harassment and brought to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP Court.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
