A Seneca Falls man was arrested just after midnight Monday following the investigation into a domestic incident.
David Jensen is accused of intentionally damaging the victim’s property, kicking dog food across the floor, and violating a current order of protection between the parties. Jensen was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, and criminal tampering.
The 37-year-old was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
