The investigation into an underage drinking party last weekend in the village of Bath resulted in the arrest of two men, including one who is a registered sex offender.
After receiving a report of the underage party, police responded to a Liberty Street home and found three teens who were allegedly intended to be supplied with alcohol and marijuana by 26-year-old Justin Clark and 20-year-old Jeffrey Parker, both of Bath.
Parker and Clark were each charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Clark was convicted in 2017 of raping a 15-year-old and was sentenced to four years in prison
