Police arrested a Penn Yan woman after she allegedly spat in the face of another person during a verbal altercation.
Police say that the alleged incident that happened on March 26th eventually led to a physical altercation between Carlie Vega and the victim.
Vega was charged with harassment and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
