A suspicious vehicle complaint at the Seneca Lake State Park led to the arrest of a Penn Yan man and the recovery of a stolen car.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reportedly found 32-year-old Jurell Thompson in possession of a vehicle that had been reported stolen in the city of Rochester. The car was impounded and Thompson was arrested on a charge of criminal possession of stolen property.
Thompson was released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court.
