A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 38-year-old Penn Yan man.
A Department of Motor Vehicles check of Lloyd Robinson’s driving status revealed his license was suspended for his alleged failure to answer a summons in December 2020 with a total of 14 other suspensions. All of the suspensions were for failure to answer a summons.
Robinson was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
