A Newark man has been arrested following the investigation into a larceny at the Bryne Dairy store in the Village of Newark.
39-year-old Marcus Beane is accused of entering the store and advising the employee that he was taking a case of beer and did just that.
Beane was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Newark Village Court at a later date.
