Police: Man Threatened Waterloo Woman With Hatchet

A Monroe County man is accused of holding a woman against her will at her home in Waterloo and threatening her with a hatchet.

46-year-old Tommie Martin, Junior, of Greece was charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and unlawful imprisonment.

Following his arraignment, Martin was released to appear in court at a later date. A stay-away order of protection was granted to the victim.
