A Tioga County man sits in Schuyler County Jail after being arrested on six felony counts following an investigation by State Police.
The investigation into 39-year-old Joshua Maulucci began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received information about child sexual abuse material being shared on the Internet. With the help of the State Police Computer Crime Units, the 39-year-old Spencer man was charged with three counts of promoting a sexual performance of a child and three counts of possessing a sexual performance of a child.
Maulucci was brought to Schuyler County Jail to await arraignment.
