Police have arrested a Clifton Springs man after he allegedly made 21 telephone calls to Ontario County 9-1-1 on Wednesday without any legitimate purpose.
When Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies attempted to arrest Bradley Young Thursday night on a warrant for aggravated harassment, the 65-year-old tried to retreat into his apartment and resisted arrest. He was also arrested on two counts of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
Young was held at the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
