A Lodi man has been arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office following the execution of a search warrant at his home.
47-year-old William Irwin was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after a quantity of cocaine was found.
Irwin was released on an appearance ticket for Lodi Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
