SHARE NOW

One of the drivers involved in a two-car crash in the city of Ithaca is accused of threatening the other driver with a stun gun and knife.

The accident happened Saturday afternoon in the 100 block of Dryden Road. In addition to threatening the other driver in front of three kids, 40-year-old Katrena Miller, of Ithaca, is alleged to have cut a tire on their car. Miller was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief, menacing, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Miller will appear at Ithaca City Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
