A Seneca Falls woman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident Friday involving a 4-year-old.
The arrest of Tracey Fesmire stems from a complaint the 43-year-old was yelling and screaming while being the sole caregiver for the 4-year-old. Upon further investigation by Seneca Falls Police, it was determined Fesmire was highly intoxicated and incapable of caring for herself and the 4-year-old. While police attempted to place Fesmire into custody, she allegedly resisted and failed to comply.
Fesmire was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and a single count of resisting arrest.
