A 911 call regarding a person chasing another person down the street in the city of Ithaca resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old man on felony burglary charges.
Police say the chase involved a North Tioga Street homeowner and a man who allegedly burglarized his home. The suspect, Elliott Gagnon, was taken into custody without incident by Ithaca Police.
Gagnon was sent to Tompkins County Jail in lieu of bail.
