A traffic stop on Elm Street in the village of Penn Yan early Sunday morning resulted in seven people, all under the age of 21, being ticketed for allegedly being under the influence of alcohol.
Those ticketed were:
20-year-old Aurora Orbaker, of Stanley;
19-year-old Laine Rogers, of Annapolis, Maryland;
20-year-old Anders Axelson, of Freeville;
20-year-old Megahn Johnson, of Phelps;
19-year-old Anthony Manzari, of Elmira;
20-year-old Elianna Wilder, of Victor;
one eligible youthful offender
Two of the passengers, Axelson and Johnson, of Phelps, were also ticketed for not wearing seatbelts as they were found in the trunk of the car.
