A Farmington man was arrested Friday on an endangering the welfare of a child charge.
Donimick Wheeler is accused of throwing cold fryer oil at his girlfriend during a domestic incident that occurred in front of a two-year-old child.
The 31-year-old Wheeler was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
