A Dundee man was charged with aggravated DWI after police say he backed into another vehicle on Water Street in the town of Starkey.
41-year-old Ryan Stackhouse was located in his driveway on Millard Street on Friday night. The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected and Stackhouse refused field sobriety tests. He was subsequently charged with aggravated DWI, Common Law DWI, unsafe backing, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Stackhouse was released on appearance tickets for Starkey Town Court
