SHARE NOW

A Chenango County man faces driving while intoxicated charges after being clocked allegedly going more than 100 MPH on State 318 in the town of Tyre.

After an investigation, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies determined that 27-year-old Caleb Stulir, of Afton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and was placed into custody without incident.

Stulir was released on an appearance ticket for Tyre Town Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
