SHARE NOW

A Keuka Park man faces several charges after he initially failed to stop for police during a traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan.

With their emergency lights and siren activated, officers attempted to stop 21-year-old Cameron Manley on Liberty Street for an alleged traffic violation. Manley is alleged to have continued north on Liberty Street for an extended distance before finally stopping on North Avenue. As officers were conducting their stop, they found inside the car three radios capable of transmitting on the Yates County law enforcement and fire frequencies as well as unauthorized emergency lights.

Manley will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer charges of possessing unauthorized police receivers and lights along with failure to comply
