A Sodus Point resident who allegedly ran out of gas at the intersection of State Routes 104 and 88 in the town of Sodus Saturday morning was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Amy Gonzalez was also charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08-percent or higher, stopped in traffic and having no registration. Gonzalez was brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where she submitted to a breath test, which showed her to have a BAC of 0.14%.
Gonzalez was released on appearance tickets for Sodus Town Court.
