The investigation into a domestic violence complaint resulted in the felony arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
Brandon Morehouse’s arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred in Fayette where it was reported the 27-year-old engaged in a physical altercation with the victim and left the scene. Morehouse was located a short time later and appeared to police to be in an impaired state.
Morehouse was arrested by Seneca Falls Police for driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and felony driving while intoxicated, his fourth offense.
Morehouse was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
