Seneca Falls Police arrested an Auburn man after he allegedly attempted to evade a sobriety DWI checkpoint on State Route 414.
Officers stopped the car Eugene Park was driving and determined he was under the influence of alcohol. He was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, as well as an additional charge of Driving While Intoxicated.
Peek was processed and released with an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
