A disturbance at Thomspon Hospital resulted in the arrest of a local woman.
During the investigation, it was determined that 39-year-old Kaylee Stephenson refused to leave the hospital after being advised several times by staff that she needed to leave.
Stephenson was charged with criminal trespass and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
