A Rochester man was arrested Tuesday night after he reportedly would not leave a home in the village of Clyde.
Deputies took 55-year-old Geno Wynn into custody after it was learned he had an active bench warrant for failing to notify the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office of his change of address in 2021 as a registered sex offender.
Wynn was released on an appearance ticket after being released following his arraignment.
