Police Arrest Canandaigua Man For Allegedly Striking Another Person…With a Pillow

The report of a disturbance at a Camelot Drive address in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a 22-year-old Canandaigua man.

Timothy Luongo is alleged to have struck another person several times with a pillow and poured cold water on them.

Luongo was charged with harassment and was brought to the Ontario County Jail at the time of his arrest to await arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
