The investigation into a stolen ATV in Ontario County resulted in the arrest of a Pittsford man.
27-year-old Tristan Foltyniak is accused of taking the ATV on March 28th from Maddie’s Motorsports on State Route 96 in Farmington. Foltyniak was charged with grand larceny.
Following his arraignment, Foltyniak was held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment at CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
