An investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office into a physical domestic dispute resulted in the arrest of a Phelps woman.
It is alleged that Hannah Mussaw was involved in a physical domestic dispute that occurred in front of two young children.
The 25-year-old Mussaw was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and will appear in Phelps Town Court at a later date.
No injuries were reported to the involved parties or children.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
