An accident Wednesday morning on Toll Road in Phelps resulted in the arrest of a Phelps man.
71-year-old James Allen was charged with DWI by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Allen was brought to Ontario County Jail for processing and was released on an appearance ticket.
