A Phelps man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following a reported domestic incident.
During the investigation, it was determined that 25-year-old Robert Mazella had active warrants for his arrest stemming from a previous domestic incident. He was taken into custody without incident and was arraigned at the Ontario County Jail CAP.
Mazella was released on an appearance ticket for Phelps Town Court
