A Phelps man was arrested Sunday morning after police were called to a Seneca Falls business for a disorderly patron.
When officers arrived on scene and attempted to place 36-year-old Robert Taylor the Third into custody, he refused. Eventually he was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration.
Taylor was released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
