The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Pennsylvania man on drunken driving charges.
Michael Heyer, of Columbia Crossroads, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content above .08, and vehicle and traffic law violations following a traffic stop on State Route 14 in the village of Montour Falls.
Heyer was issued Uniformed Traffic Tickets to appear in Montour Falls Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
