Penn Yan Man Accused of Bribing A Witness in Trial

A Penn Yan man is accused of bribing a witness against him in an attempt to persuade court testimony in Yates County Court.

A Superior Court warrant was issued by Yates County Court for the arrest of 33-year-old Matthew Nowicki on five felony counts of bribing a witness.

Nowicki, who is currently an inmate at the Yates County Jail, was arraigned before Judge Jason Cook and sent back to jail.
